Alloys & Materials

We work with the most widely-used automotive-grade aluminium alloys for HPDC applications.

ADC-12

The most widely used HPDC alloy. Excellent castability, pressure-tightness, and corrosion resistance. Ideal for engine and EV components.

A380

High-strength alloy with excellent die-casting properties. Preferred for complex shapes and high-load automotive structure components.

A413

Excellent pressure-tightness and corrosion resistance. Commonly used for hydraulic and fluid system components.

AlSi-132

High silicon content for improved wear resistance and thermal stability. Used in engine blocks and cylinder liners.
