Brahm Group's India operations, headquartered in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, form the backbone of the group's HPDC manufacturing capability. With 10 active die-casting machines ranging from 250 to 1,600 tons, the India facility produces over 200 tons of precision aluminium castings every month.
The Aurangabad plant manufactures parts weighing from as light as 25 grams to 9.0 kg, using internationally certified alloys including ADC-12, AlSi-132, A380, and A413.
Now expanding with the Suprabha Jejuri Plant — a purpose-built, high-tonnage HPDC facility in Pune — the India hub is poised to serve the next generation of EV and heavy automotive component requirements.
Located in Torreon, Coahuila — a major automotive manufacturing hub in northern Mexico — Brahm Precision Mexico operates a 51,000 sq ft production facility equipped with 23 CNC machining centres and a team of 120 skilled employees.
With 70% of production exported, the Mexico facility is a critical bridge between Brahm Group's precision machining capabilities and North American automotive OEMs, tier-1 suppliers, and industrial clients. Its strategic location enables just-in-time delivery to the US and Canadian markets.
Brahm Precision Spain in Manzanares is the Group's largest and most technically advanced facility — a 215,000 sq ft production plant with 70 CNC machining centres and a dedicated workforce of 150 engineers and technicians.
With an extraordinary 98% of production exported, the Spain facility primarily serves the European automotive, industrial, and agricultural machinery sectors — delivering precision machined components to vehicle manufacturers and Tier-1 suppliers across Germany, France, Italy, and beyond.
